“What is Forest School?” is a question we are regularly asked!

Forest School is an educational delivery system that uses the outdoors and natural environment to teach children various skills and build their confidence and self-esteem. Children learn through play and exploration and use all of their senses when outdoors. It can be linked to the Northern Ireland Curriculum and tailored to fit in with current teaching models.
